Film Review: Night At The Museum: Secret Of The Tomb

Good evening! It feels weird to be writing another weekend blog post! But this afternoon, my dad and I went to see the final film of the Night At The Museum trilogy - Secret Of The Tomb. I love the
Night At The Museum films, idea of everything in a museum coming to life at night is just awesome! The films are so much fun to watch too, they are lighthearted, funny, and just a bit silly, but at the same time, it has a story that is strong enough to last through 3 films. It was a good ending to a fun trilogy. It had become a Boxing Day tradition for us so I was looking forward to seeing this one. I couldn't believe how long it's been since the last one came out though, for some reason I just thought it was like, last year, but it was actually 2009! Obviously, I enjoyed this film a lot because it was set in London, so it was fun to see Ben Stiller and everyone come to the UK and see London Bridge and the lions in Trafalgar Square. There was also a really funny cameo from one actor (I won't say who!), which is such a funny scene! It's definitely a fun, family film, and although I would like to see more Night At The Museum films (just to see what else they could bring to life!), it was a nice ending to the trilogy! It was also sad to see Robin Williams on screen, in what turned out to be his 2nd to last film, but at the same time, it was nice to see him laughing and being funny.
